About / Bio
Molly's professional experience in natural resource management includes environmental monitoring and mitigation associated with infrastructure construction projects, marine and coastal conservation, sediment characterization for disposal at sea permit applications, contaminated site remediation, and environmental policy. She is the current program lead for the physical environment portfolio of the Site C Clean Energy Project, an $10.7 billion, 1 100 MW hydroelectric dam and generating station construction project on the Peace River in northeastern BC, with construction ongoing from 2015 through 2025. In her previous role as an environmental consultant, she focused on planning, coordinating, and implementing several disposal at sea sediment sampling programs for proposed liquid natural gas facilities on the north coast of BC, and on emergency response and emergency response planning for infrastructure projects located in the Northwest Territories and northern BC.
